Threat picture

Site and route conditions

Energy and mining fleets run fixed rotations between camp, site and airstrip. The routes are known to everyone, including the people planning against them.

01

Crew rotation transport

Fixed-schedule runs between camp and site are the predictable leg. Convoy-capable builds carry a full crew with equipment.

02

Remote site access

Unsurfaced roads and river crossings demand reinforced suspension, raised air intake and protected underbody.

03

Kidnap risk for expatriate staff

B6 protection on staff transport, with escort vehicles specified to match the convoy speed.

04

Field serviceability

Mechanically simple diesel platforms that a site workshop can maintain without specialist tooling.

Vehicles

Vehicles for site and rotation duty

A mechanical 4×4 for site roads, an escort pickup for convoy work, and a modern SUV for supervision and management movement.

Protection

Certified armoring, tested to a published standard

Every build is tested and delivered with its certificate. The level is chosen against the threat on the route, not against a catalogue tier.

Stops 7.62×51 mm rifle fire. Full 360° protection including roof, floor and firewall, with overlapping coverage at door frames and pillars.

B7

VPAM BRV 2009 VR9 · CEN 1063 BR7

Stops armour-piercing 7.62×51 mm. Specified for contested areas and standing threat assessments. STANAG 4569 blast protection can be added for mine and IED risk.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01

Which platform suits unsurfaced site roads?

A mechanical diesel 4×4 with reinforced suspension, raised air intake and protected underbody. It is the build that survives daily rotation on unpaved approach roads.

02

Can vehicles carry a full crew with equipment?

Yes. Crew transport builds are specified for rotation runs, with seating and storage set during the build.

03

Do you supply escort vehicles for convoys?

Yes, matched to the convoy speed and specified with radio provisions and reinforced load beds.

04

Can a site workshop maintain the vehicles?

The recommended platforms keep standard drivetrains, so a site workshop can service them without specialist tooling.

05

What protection level do operators usually specify?

B6 for staff and crew transport. B7 or STANAG 4569 where the route or site carries a blast risk.

06

How are fleets delivered to remote operations?

Shipping runs to the nearest port or airport, with export documentation handled as part of the order.
